Welcome to PREPOWL. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services operated by PrepOwl (CREX RentPrompts Pvt. Ltd.), located at VF-29, Treasure Town, Bijalpur, Indore-452012. By accessing this website and using our platform, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use PREPOWL if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. User Accounts

• •Accuracy of Information: When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
• •Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. Pricing, Tiers, and Fair Use

PREPOWL offers our services across different subscription tiers, including a Free Tier and a Pro Tier.

• •Free Tier: Provides basic access to our platform with strict limitations on features, API calls, and AI generations. You may not attempt to circumvent these limits by creating multiple free accounts.
• •Pro Tier: Grants enhanced access and features. However, to ensure quality service for all users, the Pro Tier is subject to a Fair Use Policy limit explicitly defined on our Pricing Page. Exceeding these fair use limits may result in temporary throttling of service, restriction of additional generations, or requirements to purchase top-up credits.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation

• •Shipping & Delivery: PREPOWL provides digital goods and SaaS (Software as a Service) products. Therefore, no physical shipping is involved. Services are delivered and activated instantly upon successful payment.
• •Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Pro features until that cycle concludes. 4. Use of Service

Our platform is designed to provide AI-powered tutoring and learning assistance. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause.

• •Use the service in any way that could damage the website, service, or general business of PREPOWL.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts or diminishes the quality of our service.
• •Upload any materials that violate intellectual property rights or contain viruses/malware.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PREPOWL and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States, India, and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

In no event shall PREPOWL, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
