JEE Main Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech) is a 3-hour computer-based test of 75 compulsory questions for 300 marks: 25 each in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, of which 20 are multiple choice and 5 are numerical-value questions. Each correct answer gets +4 and each wrong answer −1 in both sections.
NTA has not announced the JEE Main 2027 dates yet. JEE Main is usually held in two sessions, in January and April. Always check the official notification at jeemain.nta.nic.in before finalising your plan.
