Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience on PREPOWL. Our subscription services are designed to help you study effectively, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.

Please read the terms below to understand your eligibility for a refund or how cancellations are handled. Let us know if you need any clarification.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be accommodated under the following circumstances:

  • Initial Purchase Window: You may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. This is strictly applicable assuming you have not aggressively consumed our Pro Tier API usage limits (e.g., executing high volumes of AI generations).
  • Technical Failures: If our service experiences persistent technical failures that prevent you from using the platform as advertised, you are eligible for a prorated or full refund depending on the duration of the outage.
  • Accidental Renewals: If you intended to cancel before a billing cycle but forgot, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a potential refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

You have full control over your subscription and can cancel it at any time:

  • You can cancel your active subscription directly from your Account Dashboard.
  • If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but you will retain access to Pro features until the cycle concludes.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Requests made after the 7-day initial purchase window has closed without technical faults.
  • Refund requests where a significant portion of the Pro Tier usage limits have already been consumed within the 7-day window.
  • Accounts that have been terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, abusive behavior, or using bots to scrape our services).
  • One-time usage credits or top-ups that have already been consumed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email our billing department. You must include your account email address and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
